What is NeuroQuestions?
NeuroQuestions is a comprehensive question bank and testing engine that empowers its users to learn or review fundamentals of all facets of clinical neurology. We were founded by energetic, young neurologists that wanted to provide medical students pursuing neurology, neurologists-in-training, or attending neurologists reviewing for maintenance-of-certification with an innovative and complete learning environment.Back to Top

Our sister company, OphthoQuestions, was founded in December of 2010 and we launched NeuroQuestions in September of 2017.Back to Top
How is my account and private information protected?
Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of NeuroQuestions, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. However, this does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable information from customers for commercial purposes.Back to Top

All passwords are encrypted and therefore we do not have any access to them. If you forget your password, you must reset your password by using the Reset Password form.Back to Top

You must have an active subscription to NeuroQuestions before you can create tests. Subscriptions can be purchased by clicking on the "Subscribe" button at the left side on your Home page.Back to Top

How secure is my credit card and/or other payment information?
We use PayPal as our credit card processor. As you probably know, PayPal is the Internet gold standard in payment processing and uses multiple security programs to safeguard your information. Your credit card information is never stored on NeuroQuestions' server.Back to Top
I love NeuroQuestions, but my subscription ran out. How do I renew my subscription?
Your previous test results and cumulative performance are stored for you even if you do not have an active subscription. However, you will not be able to access the questions and answer explanations without an active account. Once you renew your subscription, you will regain access to your previous tests. It is very easy to add more time to your account by going to your Home page.Back to Top
I have finished all of the questions in a certain subject. How can I reset the questions in that section?
At this time, we are not allowing resetting of questions. We must enforce this policy to: (1) prevent users from sharing the same subscription; and (2) to ensure the validity of our "Cumulative Performance" statistics.Back to Top
